Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CaseBridge, operated by CabbyGo, LLC. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
CaseBridge provides CRM and operations software for home-care agencies on a subscription basis.
SMS / text messaging program
Program: CaseBridge Appointment Scheduling, operated by Freedman Capital Group, LLC (the registered messaging sender) on behalf of the CaseBridge service.
What we send: transactional messages only. When you phone a home-care agency that uses CaseBridge and, during that call, ask to schedule a new-client appointment or in-home assessment, we text the agency's secure scheduling link to the number you are calling from. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency: message frequency varies and is limited — you will typically receive a single message per request.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Help & opt-out: reply HELP for help, or email support@letscasebridge.com. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will then receive no further messages.
We do not share your mobile information or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed at flat, published rates through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and ends access at the close of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of data you enter.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." CaseBridge is a non-medical software tool and does not provide medical, legal, or compliance advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
